Phillip Arthur Simmons is an award-winning American composer from Griffin, Georgia. He is the founder and owner of PAS Music and PAS Music Studio Publishing, a music production studio and publishing label specializing in media scoring, orchestration, and music preparation. Simmons serves academically as a music professor and film scoring lecturer.

Phillip has orchestrated projects for professional scoring orchestras in Los Angeles, Ireland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and others. The custom PAS Music house style is currently utilized by hundreds of composers and orchestrators all over the world.
